DMCA Policy
F A Cup Draw Today ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA notice and counter-notice.
Filing a DMCA Notice

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content, which was removed or disabled, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content, you may send a "Counter-Notification" containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) for further detail):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled (e.g., the URL(s) of the specific content).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which F A Cup Draw Today may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the initial DMCA Notice of alleged infringement.
